I wish to respond to the letter "Call To Think Again", published in the Advertiser on 21st March 2008, regarding the Herringthorpe Leisure Centre.
The Council are once again using their favourite weapon to get their own way. Deliberate Neglect.
This weapon has been used in many places, for instance, Rawmarsh swimming baths, Rawmarsh leisure centre, Miners Institute - Parkgate.
All deliberately neglected to give a reason for demolition.

If the public do not show their feelings via voting power at the next elections here in Rotherham, this will never stop, and we shall all live to regret it.
